2. Intellectual Property

Content owned by TOF Nexus

  • Logos
  • Branding assets
  • Interface designs
  • Images
  • Written content
  • Technical documents
  • Software source code
  • Operational methodologies

Prohibited actions

  • Unauthorized copying
  • Modification or reuse
  • Commercial redistribution
  • Reverse engineering
  • Brand imitation or misrepresentation of TOF Nexus products/services

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and lawful information
  • Not use services for illegal purposes
  • Not distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Not perform actions that disrupt service stability
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Be responsible for data uploaded or entered into the system

TOF Nexus shall not be liable for damages caused by user misconduct or misuse.

4. Payments and Service Fees

  • Pricing is defined in quotations or contracts
  • Customers are responsible for timely payment
  • Certain services may include recurring maintenance fees
  • Additional feature requests may incur extra charges
  • Completed payments may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

TOF Nexus reserves the right to suspend related services in cases of overdue payment.

5. Warranty and Support

  • Fix technical issues caused by systems we develop
  • Provide support within agreed service scope
  • Offer operational guidance when needed
  • Support upgrades and business expansion requirements

Requests beyond original scope may be treated as additional services.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Internet or network failures
  • Third-party service provider issues (hosting, cloud, email systems, etc.)
  • User operational errors
  • Data deletion or incorrect modification by users
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, fire, war, epidemic, large-scale power outage, etc.)

In all cases, maximum liability (if applicable) shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the related service.

7. Suspension or Termination

  • Violate laws
  • Commit payment fraud
  • Attack or intentionally disrupt systems
  • Use services improperly
  • Seriously violate agreed terms

Termination does not waive any outstanding payment obligations.

8. Updates to Terms

TOF Nexus may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect:

  • Legal requirements
  • Service updates
  • Operational changes
  • New security and technology requirements

Updated versions become effective upon publication on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled by the competent authorities in accordance with Vietnamese law.
